At UrbanZip, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Since every T-shirt is custom printed just for you, please take a moment to read our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Before your order is shipped, it goes through our printing and quality check process.
- Every item is printed fresh on demand — nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse.
- Standard processing time is 2 - 4 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our print partner's facility.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total wait time = Processing + Shipping.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

- We always choose reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you make payment.
- No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, here is what happens:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real time.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become active on the courier's system.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 - 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at varaliraja@gmail.com .
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be. Here is what to do if something goes wrong:
If your order is delayed:
- First check your tracking link for the latest update
- Allow an additional 2–3 business days beyond the estimated date
- If still not delivered, contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf
If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or anyone at your address who may have accepted it
- Look for any delivery attempt notifications from the courier
- Contact us within 2 - 3 days of the marked delivery date and we will help resolve it
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us at vatraliraja@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
- Once an order is sent to our print partner for fulfillment, we cannot modify the shipping address.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.
- UrbanZip is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.
7. International Shipping
At this time, UrbanZip ships within India only.
We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the future. If you are based outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us at varaliraja@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Public Holidays and Peak Seasons
- During major Indian festivals and holidays such as Diwali, Holi, and New Year, courier services may experience higher volumes leading to slight delays.
- We will always communicate any expected delays on our website or via email in advance during peak periods.
- We appreciate your patience during busy seasons and always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
