2. Pricing and Payment

All prices on urbanzip.shop are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
We accept payments through trusted Indian payment gateways including UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other methods available at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products — including colors, designs, and sizes — as accurately as possible on our website.
However, as our T-shirts are printed on demand, slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
These minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund unless the product is genuinely damaged or misprinted.
All product images are for illustrative purposes. The final printed product may differ slightly from what is shown.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase — not a confirmed sale.
UrbanZip reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or errors in product/pricing information.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and sent for fulfillment.
Once an order has been sent to our print partner for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.
Please allow 5 business days for printing and processing before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Within India: 5–10 business days
UrbanZip is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are custom printed on demand, we follow a limited return policy:

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective
The print quality is significantly poor or misprinted
You received the wrong item or wrong size

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen or print differences
Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided

To raise a return or refund request:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on urbanzip.shop are the intellectual property of UrbanZip and are protected under applicable Indian copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
By purchasing from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the product — not ownership of the underlying design.

9. Limitation of Liability

UrbanZip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian legislation.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
